AGS® Celebrates Successful Exhibition at the 2016 International Casino Expo (ICE)

LAS VEGAS, February 11, 2016 – AGS (the “Company”), a leading supplier of Class II and Class III slot machines, as well as specialty table products and mobile games, showcased its table game offerings and social casino capabilities at this year’s International Casino Expo (“ICE”) in London.  The AGS booth received visitors from all over the world and feedback on the Company’s product lineup, as well as its new strategic direction, was very positive.

“We have been reinventing ourselves over the past 18 months so ICE provided the perfect opportunity to educate the international gaming community about who we are today and all that we have to offer,” said David Lopez, Chief Executive Officer.  “Last year, AGS presented just four table game products at our first-ever ICE appearance; this year, we exhibited our social casino games and nine different innovations for the pit, which is a testament to our ever-expanding portfolio of over 25 table game products. Customer feedback was exceptional and we look forward to translating both commitments and strong interest at the show into new business for AGS.”

The Company’s exhibit reflected many of the strategic acquisitions made in 2015, including popular blackjack and poker-style games, as well as roulette utility products.  Nearly all of the table game products displayed at the show were new to the European market: poker-derivative card games – Top 5 Poker™ and Double Draw Poker™, a variety of blackjack side bets – In Bet™, Deuces Wild™, Push Your Luck™ and Buster Blackjack® and roulette enhancements – the Tornado™, 100x Roulette and Double Ball Roulette™.  AGS also offers its European customers a variety of table signage options, including roulette displays and min/max signs.

“Although our entire lineup generated interest, the centerpieces of the exhibition were Buster Blackjack and Top 5 Poker, which we believe showed very well since European players have a strong appetite for high-volatility and high-excitement games,” continued Lopez.

With over 300 units in the U.S., Buster Blackjack, is a unique side bet that allows players to win based on the number of cards in a dealer’s busted hand.  Top 5 Poker is a fast-paced and simple game where each player and the dealer are dealt seven cards to get the most high-ranking cards of the deck (A/K/Q/J/10) as possible.

The Company also showcased its growing library of social casino games, which is part of its new business division, AGS Interactive™(AGSi).  With a development studio in Tel Aviv, Israel, AGSi offers social casino titles for mobile devices through its Lucky Play Casino™and Vegas Fever™ apps.
