At AGS, we actively engage in the communities where we live and do business. In addition to financial contributions to civic and community organizations, we foster a culture that encourages employees to give their time and talents year-round to contribute to the communities where our employees and our customers live and work. In all we do, we strive to create an environment that fosters diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.

Through organized team volunteer initiatives and our Community Hero Day, where we give each employee eight hours of paid time off for community service, AGS actively supports literacy programs, disadvantaged schools, food banks, homeless and abused women and children shelters, holiday adopt-a-family initiatives, the elderly, veterans, and numerous other worthwhile causes. We also encourage our employees to bring their professional expertise to programs that further STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) education.

Led by our local Culture C.R.E.W. teams, made up of passionate and energetic employee volunteers from across the organization, we give back to our local communities through support and outreach – aligning our corporate and personal values.
