David Lopez

President & Chief Executive Officer

Joining the AGS team in early 2014, Mr. Lopez brings over 15 years of gaming industry experience. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Global Cash Access, and, prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer of Shuffle Master, Inc. While with Shuffle Master, Mr. Lopez held various positions, including Interim CEO, Executive Vice President, President of the Americas, Vice President of Product Management, as well as serving as a member of its Board of Directors.

Kimo Akiona

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, & Treasurer

Hired in early 2015, Mr. Akiona brings over 15 years of accounting and financial management experience and extensive gaming industry knowledge to his new role. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Bally Technologies/SHFL entertainment, where he spent 10 years in various roles. While at SHFL, he managed the global accounting function, which included teams in the US, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America.

Julia Boguslawski

Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President – Investor Relations

Joining AGS as Chief Marketing Officer in late 2015, Julia Boguslawski leads integrated marketing, corporate communications, and investor relations strategies designed to heighten AGS’ profile with its customers, media, and stockholders. Before joining AGS, Boguslawski helped drive corporate communications and manage operations for the Office of the CEO as Chief of Staff at Scientific Games, a $4 billion gaming and lottery supplier.

Prior to that, Julia served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Bally Technologies. In 2008, she started her career in gaming at Shuffle Master, managing dual roles as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. She was recognized as “40 Under 40”by both Vegas Inc. and Global Gaming Business and received a “Great Women of Gaming – Rising Star” award, among others. Boguslawski serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s annual Go Red for Women and she holds an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.

As someone who gambles often and enjoys the casino experience, Julia understands firsthand the importance of the player being at the center of the AGS-universe when it comes to great game creation and promotion.

Sigmund Lee

Chief Technology Officer

Sigmund Lee was appointed to serve as Chief Technology Officer of the Company’s primary operating entity, AGS LLC, in July 2015.  Lee most recently served as Chief Technology Officer of Cadillac Jack, where he was directly responsible for game development, gaming platforms, hardware engineering, and gaming operations.  

Lee joined Cadillac Jack in 2006, where he led new product development and product strategy that was instrumental in the turn around and successful elevation of the company into a leading Class II gaming manufacturer.

Prior to his role at Cadillac Jack, Lee served as the Vice President of Engineering for Bally Technologies. Before joining the gaming industry, Lee was a technology leader for various financial services companies where he served as the CTO for Magnet Communications (acquired by Intuit) and Executive Vice President of Technology for Nova Information Systems (acquired by US Bank). Lee is a graduate of Georgia State University.

Kris Morishige

Chief of Staff & Senior Vice President – Finance

Kris Morishige was promoted to AGS’ Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Finance in March 2019.

In this role, Morishige serves as a strategist, consultant, and implementer as a key member of AGS’ senior management team. She is an advisor to the CEO and senior management team; assists the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making; coordinates the execution of strategic initiatives; and assesses inquiries directed to the CEO. In addition, she oversees treasury, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Prior to that, she served six years as AGS’ Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Before joining AGS, Morishige served 11 years as the Director of Finance at Shuffle Master. Previously, she served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Anchor Gaming and through that company’s acquisition by IGT in 2002.

Morishige earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from UNLV.

Vic Gallo

General Counsel, Secretary, & Compliance Officer

Mr. Gallo has been with AGS, overseeing licensing and compliance, since 2010 and possesses over 20 years of gaming industry experience. He previously served as Vice President of Legal and Compliance for Konami and General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development for, Inc.

Matt Reback

Executive Vice President

As AGS’ Executive Vice President, Matt Reback leads the Company’s slot product operations, including product management, production, and service, as well as our growing interactive division. In his role, Reback focuses his efforts on strengthening the Company’s product operations to strategically align output with the growing product demand in the marketplace using his more than 12 years of gaming industry experience.

Before joining AGS, Reback was most recently the Vice President of Marketing for Konami Gaming. Prior to Konami, Reback served in multiple executive positions for Station Casinos as well as Caesars Entertainment. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles.

Andrew Burke

Senior Vice President – Slot Products

As AGS’ Senior Vice President of Slot Products, Andrew Burke currently oversees the product management of the company’s Class II and Class III slots, constantly working to optimize processes that shorten the time to market, developing new business, and rolling out product effectively. Prior to AGS, Burke familiarized himself with the company through his role with Alpine Investors, AGS’ previous owner, where he served as a Senior Associate.

Officially joining AGS as the Director of Business Development in 2010, Burke’s experience with the mergers and acquisitions in the gaming space helped immensely as he ushered AGS through the acquisition of Colossal Gaming and Cadillac Jack, two key acquisitions that have helped transform AGS into a diversified and growing casino industry supplier. Burke has been recognized as one of Global Gaming Business magazine’s “40 under 40” and one of 2018’s “Top 25 People to Watch” in the gaming industry. He has also published numerous articles for prominent gaming industry trade magazines and has been a distinguished thought-leader for multiple industry conferences and events.

John Hemberger

Senior Vice President – Table Products

John Hemberger is the Senior Vice President of Table Products for AGS. Hired by President and CEO David Lopez to create a table games division for the company in the summer of 2014, Hemberger has grown AGS’ table games portfolio to include more than 25 game titles and a competitive array of table game equipment with more than 1,800 total product installations across the world. In his role as Senior Vice President, Hemberger is responsible for business development, sales, R&D, and product management for all AGS table game products. He also led the acquisition efforts of some of the company’s most successful and award-winning products to date – including Buster Blackjack, War Blackjack, Criss Cross Poker, Bonus Spin, andIn-BET. Hemberger was named one of the gaming industry’s “40 under 40” by Global Gaming Business magazine in 2017.

Robert Perry

Senior Vice President – Sales

Robert has been with AGS since January 2015 and brings 14 years of gaming experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales – North America at Aristocrat, where he started his career in 2000. He also served as Vice President of Sales at PokerTek from 2007-2009. Robert’s extensive contacts and experience are invaluable to the company.

Drew Pawlak

Vice President & General Manager – Latin America

Drew joined AGS in 2016 and currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for Latin America, a role in which he oversees the company’s team in Mexico and is responsible for expanding prospects throughout Latin America.

Previously, Drew served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for BMM, where he was responsible for client engagement with gaming manufacturers in the Americas.

Prior to BMM, Pawlak was appointed Vice President of Business Development for Ultrazone Franchising, a unique provider of location based entertainment (LBE) centers, which Pawlak founded in 1992. Pawlak has also produced live shows for theme parks, cruise lines and hotel and casino operations in the US and abroad.

Drew’s vast experience in client services, technology, and ability to grow a new business in a unique market space, add to his significant contribution to AGS as it continues to grow in Latin America.
